Contact QRPress Support

Reach our support team by WhatsApp or email. We answer on business days, and we would rather talk about how your counter actually works than talk about features.

Direct contact

There is a contact form on this page as well, and it reaches the same inbox. Use whichever you would normally use.

What to expect from a support conversation

Common things people ask first

"Will my customers have to install an app?"
No. They scan your counter QR code and a page opens in their normal mobile browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create. This matters most for counters serving walk-in and tourist traffic, where many customers are on a borrowed or shared phone.

"What file types can a customer send?"
PDF, JPG, JPEG and PNG — up to 300 MB per file and 50 MB per job. Word documents need to be exported to PDF first, which is better practice anyway because a .docx can reflow differently on your printer than it looked on the customer's screen.

"Which printers work?"
Any printer already configured on your shop computer. Printing uses your browser's own print dialog, so USB and network printers both work without QRPress installing anything. The Windows desktop agent is the option if you want jobs to go straight to a printer without opening a browser each time.

"What happens to my customers' documents?"
They are uploaded over an encrypted connection and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload by an automated job that runs every hour. Nothing accumulates on your counter computer.

"Do you take payment for the printing itself?"
No. Customers pay you directly, in cash or by UPI, exactly as they do now. QRPress handles the shop's own software subscription and never touches end-customer print money.

"Can I cancel?"
Yes, at any time, from your billing settings. Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. See our refund policy for the full terms.
