It is the normal case. A customer scans, uploads, and is done. There is no account to create, no app to install, and nothing left logged in on a borrowed handset. That is one of the main reasons this approach fits a walk-in counter better than an app does.

Does it handle Hindi and mixed-language documents?

It handles whatever renders correctly in a PDF. The practical advice for Hindi, Punjabi or Sanskrit documents is to have the customer export to PDF rather than sending an image or a Word file, because those are what produce garbled or missing glyphs on a shop printer.

Can I run a counter with a single computer and no extra hardware?
